Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a supervisor or team lead role within a fulfillment/warehouse.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with warehouse management software and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
• Train new employees on standards and procedures.
• Assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Receive and store inventory; oversee staging, sorting, palletizing, and crating.
• Provide reports on warehouse performance and SLAs to leadership.
