Job summary

GoBolt in Buena Park is seeking an Inbound Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure safe, efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and adherence to 5S and safety standards.

You will coordinate with procurement, account management, and customer service while using warehouse software and Google Suite to track performance and deliver on SLAs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisor or team lead role within a Fulfillment warehouse.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in warehouse management software and the Google Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
• Train new employees on company standards and procedures.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Receiving and storing inventory delivered to the warehouse.
• Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating.
• Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and key metrics to the operations leadership.
• Use of tools including scanners, carts, hand trucks and dollies.
• Follow all 5S processes consistently and effectively.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock counts and reconciliations.
• Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to maximize efficiency.
• Enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Address and resolve any issues related to damaged or missing goods.
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners.

We are on the lookout for an Inbound Team Lead, Fulfillment in Buena Park who shares our passion for being Customer Obsessed. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in being responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role involves leading a team of warehouse associates, coordinating activities, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in logistics or warehouse management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Role Details

Pay Rate: $22-$26 per hour

Shift 1: Sun–Wed | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

OR

Shift 2: Wed–Sat | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs);
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking;
• Have a valid forklift license is a bonus;
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a bonus;
• Authorized to work in the US for any employer.
