Job summary

GoBolt in Buena Park, CA is seeking an Inventory Team Lead to oversee daily inventory control operations, mentor a team of associates, coordinate cycle counts and audits, and ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency across receiving, put-away, and inventory reconciliations.

The role requires at least 3 years in inventory/fulfillment in a warehouse with 1 year in supervision; strong WMS knowledge, leadership, OSHA awareness; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; forklift license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in an inventory control/fulfillment environment within a warehouse.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead position.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and cycle counting methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of inventory control associates.
• Train new employees on inventory control standards, cycle counting procedures, and WMS best practices.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow across receiving, put-away, and inventory audits.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and tracking of inventory delivered to the warehouse.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
• Provide regular reports on inventory accuracy and KPIs to operations leadership.
