Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a high-energy Fulfillment Associate for second shift in a refrigerated warehouse environment. You will pick, scan, and pack portions of each customer order, maintaining safety, accuracy, and production standards.

The role requires 18+ years old, ability to stand for long periods, and regular lifting up to 50 lbs. Weekend/holiday/overtime shifts may apply. A pre-employment screen is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime.
• Pass a post offer drug screen and background check.
• Strong service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan appropriately, and pack items to complete your portion of the customer’s order.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels and select product accurately.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move product within warehouse following sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
