The role reports to Operations leadership and offers paths into Facilities, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology, or Division Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related area.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Ability to work 12 hr rotational night shift and flexibility to cover night, day and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Environment: Ensure all work is performed safely and maintain a safe work environment for employees and visitors; observe safe practices and report unsafe conditions.
• Production Management: Develop activities in production areas to meet or exceed goals; prioritize schedules; adjust staffing for optimal flow; maintain housekeeping standards.
• Employee Development & Engagement: Train employees to take accountability for performance; recognize high-performing teams regularly.
