Corning Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a Production Coordinator to assist the Team Leader, coordinate daily production schedules, and direct floor personnel to keep cable production flowing efficiently.

You will conduct shift handoffs, identify problems with supervision, monitor quality, maintain safety and housekeeping, and work with maintenance and cross‑functional teams to keep the line on time and within SOPs.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent in-service experience.
• 5 years of service and/or experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Certified and experienced Manufacturing Associate will be considered advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist production Team Leader in daily communication and coordinate schedules.
• Lead area/department and coach floor personnel; report safety and conduct issues.
• Identify and isolate problems; take corrective actions with supervisor direction.
• Ensure on-time schedule performance and maintain safe working conditions.
