You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Technology, adjust staffing, train staff, and foster open communication. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of manufacturing leadership, and Lean Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Availability and flexibility to work 12-hour rotational night shifts, including weekends as required.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is performed safely; observe safe work practices and report unsafe conditions.
• Develop and oversee production activities to meet output, quality, and cost objectives.
• Adjust staffing across machines and processes to optimize flow.
• Train and develop team members and recognize high performers.
