Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Supervisor for the Hotel Indigo Alexandria, a premier waterfront property in Old Town. Lead a guest-focused overnight team, ensure seamless check-in/out, and deliver exceptional local insights and service.

You will coach staff, handle guest inquiries, and support nightly operations while maintaining high standards of hospitality and accuracy. A solid background in front desk/guest services is essential.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
• 3 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in the local language; extra languages optional.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team to deliver guest experiences and warm welcomes.
• Oversee check-in/check-out processes for speed and accuracy.
• Acknowledge and assist guests, including rewards members and repeat guests.
• Accept, manage, and process guest payments and reservations.
• Provide tailored recommendations and anticipate guest needs.
• Supervise overnight reporting and guest services operations.
