Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk and follow site procedures.
• Monitor visitor check-in/check-out and issue credentials.
• Direct guests to the appropriate departments and answer questions.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document events for leadership.
• Support security administrative tasks and shift documentation.
