Job summary

Expeditors in Franklin, WI is seeking a logistics clerk for a 3rd shift hybrid/onsite role. You will ensure smooth freight flow, perform data entry, and support billing and tracking activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, supplier relationships, and adherence to company procedures and KPIs. A 6 months to 1 year background is typical, with English fluency and basic MS Office skills expected. Training and development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Understanding of ocean documentation process is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Hazardous Materials certification (preferred).
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
• Track and Trace Transcon files and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
• Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable.
• Interact with customers to arrange shipments per service standards.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Meet KPI standards per Company policy.
• Understand customers' procedures and maintain updated internal DLSOPs.
