Rehrig Pacific is seeking energetic, safety-minded Forklift Operators for the Friday-Tuesday shift in Seymour, IN. You will load/unload, move materials, and support production to keep our customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred, but we’ll train and certify you if needed.
• Familiarity with pallets and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials safely using forklifts, supporting production teams.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized with a 'Clean as You Go' mindset.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions during shift.
