Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic, safety-minded Forklift Operators to join our Illinois operations team. You will load/unload with precision, move pallets, and help keep production running smoothly.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with great benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k/ESOP, paid time off and holidays. Training and certification can be provided; safety comes first and teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred; training available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & Unload with Precision: Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Safety First, Always: Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort & Support: Hand-sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Keep It Moving: Maintain production pace and meet daily goals.
• Stay Clean & Organized: Practice "Clean as You Go" and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Lift & Move: Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
