Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking energized forklift operators to support our production team. You will operate forklifts to move materials, load and unload trailers, and help maintain a safe, efficient production line.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred but we will train and certify you if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and support production.
• Follow safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace to meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized, following Clean as You Go practices.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout shifts.
