Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Night Shift Forklift Operator to move materials across outdoor and indoor loading areas, safely handling 5,000 lb forklifts in a rugged yard. This role supports production and shipping in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of forklift experience, a HS diploma or GED, and ability to pass certification. Excellent English reading and writing, math and communication skills are essential for coordinating with dispatch and drivers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience operating a 5,000 lb forklift in outdoor yard.
• Ability to read and write in English, and communicate with dispatch and drivers.
• Able to pass forklift certification training and safety procedures.
• HS diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate stretch wrap machines and extended boom arm forklift equipment.
• Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures.
• Safely load and unload product from flatbeds and box trailers.
• Audit shipping documents, weights, measures and production schedules.
• Perform other duties as needed in a fast-paced environment.
