Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking an Entry Packaging Team Member in Lee's Summit, MO. You will operate packaging lines, monitor equipment, and maintain safe, efficient production to meet quality standards.

The role requires basic forklift handling, SAP use, and adherence to food safety policies. The schedule runs 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM on a 2,2,3 rotation, with full-time hours and competitive benefits. Responsibilities include labeling checks, manual packing, inventory control using SAP, and teamwork

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not held.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and perform routine checks.
• Complete equipment changeovers and address issues quickly.
• Inspect products for correct labeling and packaging, follow FIFO inventory methods, and record shipments in SAP.
• Record inventory transactions and participate in 5S activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and safety policies.
