Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking an energetic forklift operator to support our Ohio production team. Shift details include Tuesday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, with competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities include safe forklift operation, loading/unloading, pallet sorting by product specs, and maintaining daily production targets. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience or certification preferred; training available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations is a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced, production-based environments is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to zero-incident shifts.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; practice safe handling.
• Be prepared for physical work, lifting up to 70 lbs and repetitive motions.
