Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred, but training is available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials with precision for production teams.
• Follow safety procedures to help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality.
• Maintain production pace and daily goals.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Perform physical lifting up to 70 lbs and repetitive motions.
