Rehrig Pacific Company in Wintersville, OH is hiring Forklift Operators to support our production team. You will safely operate forklifts, load and unload materials, and help maintain a clean, efficient work area while meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred; training available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts to move materials.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized following 'Clean as You Go' policy.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout shift.
