Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking energetic, safety-minded individuals to join our operations team as Forklift Operators in Ohio. This role supports production by safely loading/unloading, sorting pallets, and maintaining efficiency on a fast-paced line.

Eligible candidates should have forklift experience or certification, familiarity with pallet jacks, and the ability to work in a team. We offer comprehensive benefits and strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred but we will train and certify you if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and trailers.
• Follow all safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents on each shift.
• Sort and assist with pallets based on product specs to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized using Clean as You Go practices.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout shift.
