Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Mount Crawford, VA is seeking energetic, safety-minded Forklift Operators to join our operations team. You will load and unload, safely operate forklifts, and support production to keep shipments moving.

You must be prepared for physical work and a fast-paced environment on the evening shift (4 pm–2:30 am). We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401k & ESOP, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations
• Experience in a fast paced production based environment is a plus
• High School Diploma GED or equivalent work experience preferred
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team

Responsibilities

• Load & Unload with Precision
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers supporting our production teams

• Hand sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met

• Be ready for physical work lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions throughout your shift
