Job summary

Valmont is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Associate for the Night shift in Brenham, TX. You will safely move raw materials from inventory to manufacturing, perform inventory transactions, and support shipping with accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include operating forklift, straddle truck, and overhead crane after training, completing kit-ups, and maintaining clean, organized storage areas while ensuring efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Ability to use common manufacturing math.
• 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to obtain forklift operator certification.
• Complete overhead crane training and operate a straddle truck.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport raw material from inventory to manufacturing work area.
• Perform inventory transactions for receiving and issuing parts.
• Complete kit-ups of shop orders and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklift, straddle truck, and overhead crane per training.
• Move completed work to shipping; assist in keeping production flow efficient.
• Identify storage areas and report equipment issues to maintenance.
