Qualifications

• Must have production or manufacturing experience in a food setting.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to read SDS and follow chemical handling guidelines.
• Knowledge of GMP and OSHA safety requirements.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize processing equipment and production areas per regulations and standards.
• Execute tasks per the Master Sanitation Schedule and maintain housekeeping.
• Operate sanitation equipment such as power washers, foam applicators, steamers, and floor scrubbers.
• Safely operate material handling equipment and assist with cleaning of machinery.
• Follow safe lifting practices and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Maintain sanitation records and assist with SOPs as needed.
