Ditsch USA is seeking a Quality Control Technician to uphold safety and quality in our pretzel manufacturing processes in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will perform tests on finished products and raw materials, document results, and ensure GMPs and HACCP standards are met on a daily basis.

We value attention to detail, ability to work weekends or holidays as needed, and the capacity to educate and support production teams on quality and food safety practices.

Formación

• 1-3 years quality experience in manufacturing (food manufacturing preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret English documents.

Responsabilidades

• Perform tests on finished products, raw materials, and related items.
• Conduct daily Food Safety & Quality Reviews and report issues to Supervisor.
• Monitor product weight, temperatures, packaging, and labeling accuracy.
• Review production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Carry out physical testing on products (weight, color, strength, packaging).
• Support production lines and machinery and assist with audits.
• Ensure labeling meets customer and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate quality records and data entry.
• Assist in inspections of raw materials and finished products.
• Support calibration verification of measuring equipment.
• Educate and coach employees on quality and food safety practices.
