Job summary

Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Quality Control Technician for second shift. You will perform quality checks on processes and products to ensure adherence to GMPs and HACCP. The role involves testing finished goods, materials, and documentation, with weekend work as needed.

You will monitor weights and temperatures, review production records for accuracy, and support calibration and food safety initiatives. A HS diploma and 1–3 years in QC preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years quality experience in a manufacturing setting (food manufacturing preferred but not required).
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests on finished products, raw materials, and related items.
• Conduct daily Food Safety & Quality Reviews and report issues to Supervisor.
• Monitor product weight, temperatures, and packaging for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Review production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Carry out physical testing on products including weight, color, and packaging.
