Job summary

Ditsch USA is seeking a Production Quality Technician on 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will inspect products on the production floor to ensure quality, safety, packaging, and customer requirements.

Starting pay is $18.38–$19.40 per hour with full benefits, paid time off, 401(k), and ongoing training. Training is provided for the right candidate and a supportive team environment helps you grow in quality control and food safety practices.

Ditsch USA is looking for a Production Quality Technician to join our team on 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, food production, or inspection experience who wants to learn quality control and food safety processes. Training is provided.

Pay: $18.38 - $19.40/hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Weekends as needed

What You’ll Do

You’ll spend your time on the production floor helping ensure Ditsch USA products meet quality, safety, packaging, and customer standards.

• Inspect products throughout the production process
• Check product weights, temperatures, appearance, packaging, and labels
• Complete quality checks and record results
• Verify products meet company and customer requirements
