Bob Evans Farms in Sulphur Springs, Texas is seeking a Production Operator to set up, operate, and disassemble equipment used to produce finished goods. The role includes moving materials, packaging, and supporting sanitation as needed, under supervision of the plant production team.

You will ensure GMP compliance, monitor weights and packaging specifications, and maintain safe operating procedures in a fast-paced environment. Regular full-time work with on-site responsibilities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years industrial equipment or food manufacturing experience.
• Forklift/Pallet Jack certification a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP and safe food manufacturing practices is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Set up, operate, and disassemble production equipment.
• Load/unload materials and assist with packaging.
• Transfer finished products and raw materials to designated locations.
• Adhere to safety PPE requirements and GMP/SQF guidelines.
• Report production issues to supervision and lead personnel.
