Ditsch USA in Cincinnati is seeking a Food Production Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain packaging and process equipment for high-quality pretzel production. You will help ensure safety, efficiency, and traceability in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reading and following procedures in English, strong mechanical aptitude, and teamwork across shifts. We offer a third-shift schedule (10pm–6am), competitive hourly pay, robust benefits, and opportunities to grow within the

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred (1-2 years).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Food manufacturing experience a plus.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment preferred.

Mansioni

• Set up, operate, and monitor packaging/process equipment safely.
• Maintain sanitation and quality per SSOPs and HACCP.
• Record production and quality data and conduct tests.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product flow.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with teams.
• Load materials and manage inventory traceability.
• Perform start-up/shutdown and general duties as assigned.
