DITSCH USA, a leading pretzel producer in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a Food Production Machine Operator to join the Production team. You will set up, operate, and maintain packaging and process equipment to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets on the 1st shift.

Responsibilities include start-up/shutdown, sanitation, quality checks, traceability, and troubleshooting, with opportunities for growth within the organization. Must be able to work weekends/holidays as needed and uphold GMPs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and maintain packaging/processing equipment to meet safety and quality targets.
• Follow GMPs and SSOPs; clean and maintain machinery.
• Monitor product quality, weights and dates and log results; HACCP monitoring.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product flow; collaborate across shifts.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with support teams; perform start-up/shutdown procedures.
