Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; ability to work in a cold refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and guarantees that products are manufactured in conformance with manufacturing and food safety practices.
• Works closely with QA Team to identify departmental and kitchen issues.
• Supervises daily activities to ensure proper Food Safety and Quality.
• Reviews and updates work aids essential for verification of product quality.
• Responsible for managing the overall daily production process.
• Trains and coaches the team to meet defined productivity targets.
• Assists with process improvement initiatives.
• Previews production reports and resolves operational issues to prevent delays and oversee inventory.
