Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Prep Maintenance - Nights in Richland, WA. This role focuses on monitoring processing equipment, performing routine preventive maintenance, and completing unplanned repairs to keep lines running to meet customer demand.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma (GED acceptable), and certifications in Lock-out/Tag-out, Forklift, and Sanitation. Strong English communication and manufacturing maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing environment, preferably food processing.
• Able to understand and follow instructions in English, both written and oral.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to apply basic math.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and unplanned repairs on processing equipment.
• Inspect and lubricate machinery, replace belts, pulleys, bearings, chains, and motors as needed.
• Document work orders in CMMS and communicate status to operations.
• Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
