Job summary

Lamb Weston in Richland, WA is seeking a Prep Maintenance - Days role. The position supports processing lines, performing routine preventive maintenance and unplanned repairs to ensure continuous line flow and meeting customer demand.

The role requires maintenance experience in manufacturing, English communication, basic math, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a noisy, temperature-variable environment. Benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Lock-out/Tag-out, Forklift, and Sanitation certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance, repair, and adjustment of equipment; replaces belts, pulleys, sprockets, bearings, chains, motors, and other general maintenance.
• Performs and documents line checks and preventative maintenance, including lubrication and inspection of equipment.
• Understands and explains the purpose and operation of all equipment in the processing area and decides on troubleshooting and repair.
• Performs structurally sound welds using appropriate equipment as needed.
• Updates CMMS with status and details of work order results daily.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
