Job summary

Lamb Weston, Inc. in Richland, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to monitor processing equipment, ensure continuous line flow, and perform routine preventive maintenance and unplanned repairs to support operations.

You will perform maintenance, repairs, adjust equipment, document work in CMMS, and help maintain safety standards through certifications like Lock-out/Tag-out, Forklift, and Sanitation.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing environment, preferably food processing.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to follow instructions and use reasoning to solve problems.
• Lock-out/Tag-out, Forklift and Sanitation certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance, repair, and adjustment of processing equipment; changes belts, pulleys, sprockets, bearings, chains, motors.
• Documents line checks and preventive maintenance;Lubricates and inspects equipment to prevent failures.
• Explains equipment purpose and operation; troubleshoots and repairs as needed.
• Performs structurally sound welds when required.
• Updates CMMS with work order status and results daily.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
