Lamb Weston, Inc. is seeking a production supervisor in Richland, WA to lead a team, manage process improvements, and ensure production and quality goals are met. The role focuses on identifying bottlenecks, coordinating resources, and driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and customer service.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of GMPs and plant safety, with the ability to work weekends and second shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred or other degrees considered.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs and plant equipment/safety.

Responsabilités

• Monitor production to maintain quality, productivity, and cost standards.
• Provide employee training to ensure effective job performance.
• Assist with sanitation operations to promote a clean, safe environment.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations and procedures.
• Evaluate performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Support safety programs and maintain awareness of safety requirements.
