Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Franklin, Wisconsin is seeking a Feedway Operator for the night shift (5:45 PM–6:00 AM, 12-hour schedule). You will manage Fastback conveying systems, prevent cross-contamination, and coordinate with processing teams to maintain production flow.

You will perform moisture testing, document quality checks, and lead changeovers while ensuring safety and sanitation standards. Prior manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow food safety, quality, and company policies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality/equipment issues.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of product through Fastback conveying systems to keep the line running smoothly.
• Coordinate with Processing and Packaging teams on capacity, line speed, and product gaps.
• Prevent cross-contamination by ensuring covers, stops, and protective measures are secure.
• Monitor and prevent product backups within the Fastback system.
• Ensure quality product reaches weighing/packaging equipment; perform moisture tests as needed.
• Complete startup and quality checklists; maintain thorough documentation.
• Verify photo eyes are functioning and adjust equipment for proper feed levels.
• Report equipment malfunctions to Lead, Supervisor, or Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist with changeovers and transitions.
• Provide backup support for other production roles and mentor temporary staff.
