Job summary

CJ Schwan's in Deer Park, TX is hiring a full-time manufacturing associate on the 2nd shift (2 pm – 12 am). Starting pay is $19.75 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for hours 6 pm–6 am.

You will set up and pre-run equipment, control line speeds and batch rates, perform quality checks, and complete required paperwork (downtime, HACCP) using SAP SOPs. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year manufacturing experience; ability to lift 50 lbs; able to work in cold or hot

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and pre-running the equipment to ensure proper production start-up.
• Controlling line speeds, batch formula production rates, starting and stopping equipment, and overall product quality and safety.
• Responsible for various quality checks.
• Completing all required paperwork (e.g., downtime, HACCP) using SAP SOPs and safety training.
