Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Machine Operator II to cut foam to customer specifications on the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM). You will work in production, follow spec sheets, and coordinate with the shift lead to meet orders.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, ability to read a tape measure, and reliable attendance. Prior machine operation experience is preferred; safety and quality are emphasized in a supportive team

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Machine operation experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and work accurately from verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates flow of foam and orders throughout production.
• At shift start, report to the lead to determine what needs to be cut or slit.
• Check tags and measure blocks before cutting to ensure correct sizes.
• Change blades as needed and maintain safety practices.
• Maintain housekeeping in the shipping area and assist other tasks as needed.
