Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt company, is seeking a Machine Operator II for the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM) to cut foam to customer specs. Requires attention to detail, ability to read tape measures, and basic computer skills. Prior machine operation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Machine operation experience strongly preferred.
• Computer skills, must be able to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of foam and orders through production.
• Report to lead at shift start to determine cutting needs.
• Measure blocks before cutting to verify sizes and accuracy.
• Operate all machines in the department and change blades as needed.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
