Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group, Muscle Shoals, AL, seeks a Floor Manager for overnight operations to lead production from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM. You will act as the senior onsite leader, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous production throughout night hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience.
• Ability to work overnight shifts in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and production systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift manufacturing operations and sustain productivity.
• Execute production plans, monitor output, and manage labor efficiency.
• Identify and resolve downtime, equipment issues, staffing gaps in real time.
• Ensure smooth shift startups, midshift transitions, and end of shift handoffs.
• Coach supervisors and hourly associates; enforce safety and quality standards.
• Provide detailed shift summaries and report to day shift leadership.
