Job summary

Sizemore Inc. in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet, including stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing and extraction, under limited supervision and with a collaborative maintenance team.

You’ll operate floor care machines, follow safety rules, and contribute to a reliable, quality-clean environment for client locations, with steady shifts, opportunities for growth, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Able to work night shift and/or very early morning hours.

Responsibilities

• Handles hard floor care including mopping, scrubbing and buffing.
• Provides carpet maintenance including vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets.
• Provides other cleaning services such as dusting and restroom cleaning.
• Operates floor care machines safely following manufacturer instructions.
• Follows safety requirements at all times.
• Reports to work as scheduled and accurately reports time.
