Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Floor Technician for night shifts (10:00pm–6:00am) at the Baltimore area site. The role requires weekend work and duties include buffing, waxing, stripping floors, and operating floor machines to meet contract specs.

Employees perform cleaning, safety compliance, and equipment maintenance. Benefits and total rewards are offered for full-time positions at this site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Floor Technician training and knowledge of floor finishes required.
• Experience with floor care equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment used on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance per contract specs.
• Operate floor machines, scrubbers, buffers, and related equipment.
• Follow safety rules, PPE, and cleaning procedures.
• Assist with inventory and general custodial duties.
