Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Floor Technician to perform floor care tasks, waxing, stripping, buffing, and environmental services in accordance with standards and procedures. The role requires safety adherence, ability to work with a team, and flexible scheduling including evenings.

The successful candidate will handle cleaning, operate floor-care equipment, and maintain clean, safe work areas, following all company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• No education requirement; 6 mo-1 year experience preferred
• May be forklift certified
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and safe, efficient use of chemicals

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Perform floor care such as waxing, stripping, buffing, and other related duties.
• Work with team to complete assignments.
