Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services at Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore is seeking a full-time Floor Technician to maintain and restore hard floors and operate industrial floor care equipment. The role requires 3 years of related experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and perform stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp surfaces, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Conduct maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
