Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Morning Floor Technician at the BWI Airport location. The role includes cleaning and building services across public and work spaces, with duties such as buffing, waxing, and stripping floors, and operating cleaning equipment.

Shift is 6:00am–2:00pm, with weekends required and on-site work. The position requires a focus on safety, adherence to contract specifications, and the ability to perform manual labor as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of Floor Technician experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor finishes, applications, and removals.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and building services in public and work spaces.
• Buff, wax, and strip floors using appropriate equipment.
• Follow contract specifications and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and report issues.
• Move furniture/equipment to access areas and maintain safety compliance.
