Job summary

Sizemore Inc. is seeking a Floor Care Technician in Brookdale, MN to maintain hard floors and carpeted areas across multiple locations. The role offers steady night shifts and weekly pay, with a focus on safe operation of cleaning equipment and consistent quality.

Qualifications

High school graduate or GED required.
Experience with cleaning and maintenance is a plus.
Ability to work well in a multi-ethnic environment and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Handles hard floor care: mopping, scrubbing, buffing on various surfaces.
Maintains carpet: vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, extraction.
Performs dusting and general area cleaning and restroom upkeep.
Operates floor care machines safely per manufacturer instructions.
Reports time worked and any equipment or supply shortages to supervisor.
Ensures equipment is in good working order and uses safety signs as needed.
Supports additional duties and provides guidance to junior technicians as needed.
