Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician to perform floor care and cleaning duties in a fast-paced environment. Shifts include days and nights, with a starting pay of $18.50 per hour.

Candidates should be able to lift moderate weights and operate janitorial equipment per safety guidelines. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and additional perks.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to operate janitorial tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture safely and follow safety guidelines.
• Report needed repairs or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
