Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio
• BSN degree required
• One year of nursing experience required
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Assess/diagnose and provide ongoing nursing care across the patient population
• Plan and implement interventions to achieve outcomes
• Evaluate responses to care and revise plans with the multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrate leadership in process improvements and quality initiatives
• Operate as part of a high reliability organization with safety and efficiency at the core
