Job summary

Ascension Wisconsin in Milwaukee is seeking a part-time, night-shift Registered Nurse to join our Float Staffing team. You will deliver comprehensive direct nursing care across varied inpatient settings, follow hospital policies, and document patient conditions accurately.

You’ll coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team, implement individualized plans, and respond promptly to physician and nursing orders.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider (within 30 days of hire) required; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• RN credentialed from Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state/Compact State.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, direct nursing care in varied healthcare settings per policies and protocols.
• Develop and monitor individualized patient care plans; accurately record patient condition.
• Act as central coordinator for all care disciplines to ensure integrated care.
• Document and execute physician and nursing orders promptly.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate all aspects of patient care.
