Qualifications

• RN license in Wisconsin (or multi-state/Compact) required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, direct nursing care within a varied healthcare setting, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans; accurately communicate patient condition.
• Function as central coordinator for all care disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
• Promptly document and execute all physician and nursing orders.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate all aspects of patient care.
