Job summary

Ascension Health's St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool on a full-time night schedule (three 12-hour shifts per week, 6:45 pm–7:15 am) with weekend and holiday rotation.

You’ll lead care plan execution and document patient progress with the interdisciplinary team. Minimum requirements include Wisconsin RN licensure, BLS within 30 days, and a nursing diploma.

Qualifications

• RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or multi-state/Compact.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and monitoring of individualized patient care plans.
• Document the patient care journey with detailed updates to the team.
• Coordinate disciplines for admission through discharge.
• Execute orders promptly to ensure patient safety and treatment adherence.
• Assess discharge needs and develop transition plans.
