Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience on Med/Surg/Telemetry unit.
• Current California RN license and BLS (CPR) certification required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients per facility policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Float RN rotates across units to cover vacancies and leaves as needed.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff within a multidisciplinary team.
• Pursue specialized training or certifications relevant to the cluster.
